For the past 4 years I've had the honor and priviledge to put together a short documentary for Gallery D'Estee. Gallery D'Estee is an annual art exhibit put together by the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Each year they honor a local legend in the art world with an award and a biographical documentary. This years, the honor went to Nicole Smith of Nicole Gallery. It was amazing hearing her story and learning the history behind the gallery and her career as an art collector. I've posted the documentary in 3 parts ( part 1 is below) so anyone who wasn't at the event can check out her words and the art of the gallery.
